Junnier Law & Research P.A. is Available to Represent, Locate, and Navigate you or your loved ones through the confusion.

As federal immigration policy continues to evolve, Junnier Law & Research is expanding its federal practice to include immigration and asylum representation during this new administration.

For many immigrants, visa holders, and naturalized citizens, this is a period of significant legal uncertainty. Enforcement priorities, procedural changes, and shifting agency interpretations can create confusion and fear — particularly when due process protections appear inconsistent or unclear. Sound legal guidance is critical.

Attorney Richard Junnier may appear in all of Florida's federal district courts and brings a strong foundation in international and human rights law to this work. In addition to his Juris Doctor, he holds two post-graduate LL.M. degrees:

  • An LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from the National University of Singapore

  • An LL.M. in Global Economy and Human Rights from New York University

This academic background informs a practice grounded in constitutional doctrine, federal statutory law, and international human rights principles.

Our firm assists clients nationwide in matters including:

• Asylum applications
• Removal defense
• Detention-related issues
• Federal constitutional challenges
• Urgent location and advocacy efforts when individuals are detained or abruptly transferred

If you or a loved one is facing immigration enforcement action — or has been detained and cannot be located — we will work diligently to investigate, communicate with appropriate authorities, and pursue available legal remedies within the United States and, when necessary, internationally.

We accept immigration and asylum matters throughout the United States and its territories.

Consultation and Fees
Initial half-hour consultations are $140.

Legal services are billed at $280 per hour or, where appropriate, offered under a sliding-scale flat fee structure designed to increase access for individuals from qualifying circumstances.

If you or someone you care about needs clear, steady legal guidance in uncertain times, Junnier Law & Research stands ready to assist.
